1. The premoulded insulating panels are installed level with the existing wall.

2. The panels are screwed to the structure of the house using stainless steel screws and anchors.

3. The anchors are dual-purpose: 

- They hold the polystyrene panel in place; 

- They hold the masonry firmly to the structure of the house once the mortar has been applied.

4. The polystyrene corners are trimmed to 45°.

5. The stones or bricks are popped into place.

6. The mortar is applied using a manual injection tool.

7. The joints are finished.

8. Excess mortar is removed by brushing.
