SURETOUCH was developed by Permacon, an innovative company that manufactures masonry and landscaping products sold worldwide. Constantly in search of new technologies, the research and development team in Montreal created the SURETOUCH system to significantly facilitate the installation of masonry.

13302-R (NATIONAL RESEARCH COUNCIL CANADA EVALUATION NUMBER)
The SURETOUCH system forms a unit with the wall and structure of the building on which it is installed. Aside from the anchors and screws, the system has three essential elements:
Polystyrene panels (fully recyclable)
Channels in the front and back to drain any water that infiltrates the wall;
Cells or recesses on the outside face that together form the installation pattern or design.
Stones and bricks (fully recyclable)
Specially designed to be inserted into the cells of the polystyrene panels
10 sizes of stone
5 sizes of brick
SURETOUCH mortar (fully recyclable)
It can be injected.
It is more resistant in compression (32%).
It contains more hydrated lime, which leads fractures in the joint to reset.
The system can be summarized as follows:
The polystyrene panels are attached to the structure using stainless steel anchors and screws. These anchors extend outward into the joints and are eventually embedded in the mortar.
The stones or bricks are inserted into the cells of the panel.
A mortar specially designed for the SURETOUCH system is injected into the joints between the stones using an injection gun.
Once cured, the stones or bricks, mortar, anchors and screws form a single unit anchored to the building structure.

Note: The SURETOUCH system has a total thickness of 3 3/4" (95 mm).
